I began my career in Real Estate due to a personal Real Estate issue which I was given a stack of papers (loan mod) from my mortgage lender at that time (2003) and was told exactly what I needed to do in order to save my home. I completed all paperwork on the first round and was successful in saving my home. Fast forward to Year 2003, I decided to sell and my home was not worth what was owed so I then completed the documents needed to sell my home for less than what was owed and when the Realtor came out all paperwork was completed and approved by the Bank and the home sold in less than 2 months. I am very knowledgeable about the mortgage industry as well as the Healthcare Industry (12.5 years) in knowing how to work around our current pandemic.
