Please allow me to introduce myself and offer my services to your firm. I am a Mobile Notary and Certified Loan Signing Agent, commissioned in the state of Georgia. I am available when your signing agents are all busy with signings or when that last minute signing come in and no one is available to do it. I am available weekdays, evenings and weekends.
I will ensure your clients have a great signing experience. I will carefully go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates and initials are properly filled out. I also double check key documents such as the "Notice of Right to Cancel" and "1003" to ensure they are filled out properly.
On the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I'm doing and fix it promptly ASAP.
As a mobile Notary Signing Agent, I can meet clients at their convenience whether in their home or at their office during the day, evening or weekend.
The documents will be returned promptly as soon as the signing is completed.
