I am a Georgia native with over 20 years of experience as a notary and independent contractor. I am well-versed in general notary work as well as residential, commercial, and auto loan signings. I have a transparent and efficient system in place for job intakes, appointment confirmations, and timely navigation to the signers and the nearest shipping locations.

As a notary, I have studied my craft vastly in order to identify and provide a general description of various loan products. Additionally, I am able to verify signatures in various capacities to ensure all lender requirements are met. If there are any issues, I am in communication with the hiring party to resolve them as quickly as possible. My reviews demonstrate my attention to detail and ability to interact with a diverse population of signers.

All of my assignments are regarded with diligence but I have a particular interest in reverse mortgages, HELCOs, and HECMS, and have additional hours of study of the products. I am able to print and scan mobily in order to take same day assignments.
