I am a notary that was sworn in on September of 2020.
My signing service,
I will not upcharge on fees agreed upon
Will arrive at appointments on time and will contact the signer if running late.
Will not print docs double-sided
Will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the docs
will scan back as requested
Will drop docs on time for next day delivery for all closing finished by 4 pm
Will not rush or pressure the signers to sign or provide legal advise
Will notarize at the signing
Will notarize only if I witness the signer signing the documents
