I will go above and beyond to close the loan properly. If I have a question, I do not hesitate to call the numbers provided in the loan packet in order to get the answer.

I do not rush through the packet. My paramount interest is getting it done, correctly, the first time so that everything funds. I contact the borrowers promptly and inform them of when I leave to head to their home and what my estimated arrival time will be. I typically arrive at the location 10-15 minutes early.

I am willing to work late in the evenings and on the weekends.
