I am a Fulton County, Georgia Notary Public, since 2008 and was a New York Notary Public prior to that. I was a Signing Agent in 2017, 2019 and now 2022. For 14 years+, I worked for a nonprofit real estate developer where I handled hundreds of closings, including: preparing, reviewing, approving and notarizing single family and condominium closing documents and other housing and multiple local governmental jurisdiction related contracts.
