In my previous role as Senior Manager of Operations and Branch Relationships at Doma Title Company, I managed a team of over 40 Escrow/Closing Associates and remote call center teams, facilitated training, and handled complex title and escrow escalations. Additionally, I developed and executed strategic plans that aligned with our departmental goals.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Closing Specialist at Solidifi Title, where I handled account escalations and reviewed critical documents such as closing disclosures and title commitments. Additionally, I served as an Escrow Officer and Notary for O. S. National Title, overseeing real estate transactions and document signings.
