Here's a breakdown of services that I provide to my clients: Immediately attempt to make contact with the signer within an hour of accepting the assignments, Arrive at the scheduled appointment prepared, organized with prepped documents; Print 2 copies, one-sided (I provide copy to the signer in a folder, for their record); Explain basic info about documents or when asked basic questions; If signer(s) has questions regarding numbers and why's, I have them contact their attorney/title agent to explain before continuing with the signing; Double check all documents, signatures and initials before leaving the appointment to ensure nothing was missed; Complete scan backs, if required; Communicate effectively with signing service agents to keep them updated with progress; Make sure to send the original documents in both envelope and package, to help prevent weather / handling damage; Provide great customer service skills; Most importantly, I'm accountable and take each signing very seriously, with a goal of making each signing a great success.
