As such, I follow CDC guidelines when conducting business in the presence of all signers to include but not limited to the following: Sanitization of signing space and supplies. I provide sanitized pens if the signer does not have their own. Enhanced pre-appointment analysis check for any at risk clients. The wearing of masks throughout the appointment duration.
