I am NNA certified and have been a real estate investor since July 1982. I have been a participant in approximately 150 closings (purchases, refinances, and sales). I am remarkably familiar and knowledgeable with various closing documents and assure signatures, initials, dates are completed and properly filled out.
At the end of the signing, I will recheck all documents page by page for completeness and accuracy. If you discover a mistake, I will fix it immediately.
