I provide scan backs from encrypted WiFi, and time permitting, expect same-day drop offs.

Georgia law requires attorney supervision for all real property conveyances. I am not an attorney. (NOTE: GA law does NOT PERMIT notaries to also serve as witnesses on real property transactions to be recorded in GA).

Since launching in April 2021, I have completed about 425 orders successfully. Beyond Signing Services, I also work directly with lenders, title companies, real estate attorneys and escrow officers.
I notarize to achieve proper recordings for real property conveyances; and if the property is in the State of Georgia, ALWAYS with an attorney supervision.
