I am a certified loan signing agent and Georgia Notary Public. I just recently started up my Mobile Notary services. As stated below I previously was an Association Property manager in Florida also a Florida Notary Public that conducted several notarial acts for the community Board association. I am N.N.A. certified and have my full background clearance.
I am detailed oriented and able to multitask and work well under pressure. I possess strong communication, and great time management skills telephone, and customer service skills and possess intrapersonal skill to work independently, and without direct supervision. I have flexible schedule which accommodates last minute assignments. I am very reliable and dependable.

EXPERIENCE

As of May 2020, I Became a Home maker when transitioning from Florida to Georgia in the middle of covid beginning. • Initiates preparation of Management Reports, committee reports, meeting notices as applicable and submit for Manager’s review and approval. Maintains, updates, and coordinates resident information in a computer database at a minimum on a monthly basis.
• Generates and provides this information to the Property Manager, Board of Directors.
• Keeps track of insurance certificate requests. Maintains insurance records books for both vendors and unit owners.
• Maintains supply closet. Requests all office and front-end supplies and equipment, following established purchasing procedures.
• Opens and distributes mail prepares accounts payable invoices with work orders and receiving tickets. Codes invoices on AvidXchange for P.M.& BOD approval.
• Prepare and approve move-in packages for resale and leases that require notarization. Creates files, compiles, and coordinates all necessary information and documentation for new owners/leases.
• Sets up meetings for the Board Approval process.
• Prepares any resident information packages that require Board approval, and notarization (i., e., Architectural Modification).
• Coordinates receipt of closing statement or warranty deed to put in the file and send to corporate A/R to change name and address for maintenance coupons.
• Maintains inventory of common areas keys, transmitters and key fobs for residents and re-order as needed following established procedures.
• Maintains log for sales and cash purchases as needed. Acquires and maintains current knowledge of state regulatory agency statutes and each client’s community’s documents, policies and procedures.
• Oversees the tracking and response to tenant service requests.
• Maintains tenant relation program and regular positive communication with each tenant.
• Coordinates insurance requirements for properties and associated vendors.
• Responsible for the development preparation and distribution of tenants’ manuals, emergency procedures, and other necessary formalized tenant communication.
• Responsible for the preparation of check runs, capital trackers and funds and all other forms for approval by Community Association Manager.
• Assists in the preparation of monthly reports. Assumes all other duties and responsibilities as directed by Community Association Manager.
• Manages tenant relationships to ensure tenant retention and a high level of service including timely and complete resolution of tenant concerns, coordinating special services and requests and conducting formal and informal inspections.
• Establishes and maintain industry contacts and relationships in the property's marketplace through involvement in creating the culture needed to enhance, promote and execute daily positive interaction among members of the building management team.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.

• FRONT DESK CONCIERGE/TEAM LEADER WITH FIRST SERVICES RESIDENTIAL AT MEI CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION IN MIAMI BEACH FL,

AS of June 2010-Jan 1, 2014, I have provided services with Elite Guard Security Services. As of Jan 1, 2014, I have transitioned from Elite Guard Security Services to First Service Residential working in the same location MEI Condominium Association as the Front Desk Team leader:
