I am NNA trained, screened and certified. I have worked in the healthcare industry for over 10 years as a document imaging specialist/customer account manager where, I had the responsibility of prepping, scanning and doing quality control, which included checking for doctor signatures before releasing all documents into the healthcare facility portal. I proud myself in paying attention to details and doing the job right the first time so not to effect customer care for all parties involved. I acquired my notary commission on October 2020.
