Update 3/6/2026- Since May of 2021 I have completed over 650 signings on 2 different platforms. I have also worked as an in house notary for title companies while living in Arizona. I currently live in Leesburg GA and provide notary services to SW Georgia.

Predominately my sigings have been refi's but I have done buyer, seller, car loan verifications, asset recovery documents and reverse mortgages.

I have been personally trained one on one through Randi Bilbo and Notary Nerds. We have gone over numerous styles of loan signings and I feel confident in what she has taught.
