I have received LSA training from Notary2Pro, and I have been certified by The National Notary Association (NNA). Both have prepared me to process various packages such as (but not limited to): refinance packages, seller packages, HELOCs, reverse mortgage loans, buyer's packages, loan modifications, initial disclosures, etc. I have completed over 250 signings which also include general notary work.

Communication is key for a successful signing. I communicate well with companies that provide my assignments. I also make it a habit to speak with my signers prior to their appointments to introduce myself and go over particulars.

I will confirm that all critical documents are completed with the appropriate initials, signatures,and dates. I am also very punctual; I take the necessary steps to assure you that documents are scanned, faxed back, or dropped off on time.
