I have been a Notary since 2012 performing refinance loan signing, WILLS, Bill of Sales and important documents that require a notary. I accept signing assignments via e-mail, online or phone. I print and prepare loan document for signatures. I review closing documents for accurate in names, addressed and legal information. I also describe and notarize lender loan documents and obtain signatures. At the customer’s request I send completed documents and return to the signing company via FedEx, UPS of USPS certified mail.
