I read all instructions and follow them to the letter; I ensure that all documents are printed on the correct paper size. I accurately complete all singings such as Refinances, Seller Packages, Purchase Packages, I-9 Verifications, Debt Reconciliation packets, Applications, Home Equity loans and more. On time delivery is never an issue because I frequent FedEx and UPS stores. I will communicate clearly to all parties involved and I will not rush or pressure signers. I am careful with signer’s information and guard their privacy. I look forward to assisting in any signings that I am assigned.
