I have worked in the mortgage banking industry for over 18 years. FIDELITY APPROVED. Most of my tenure was in closing and funding for the last lender I worked for. I was in charge of all of the training; including development of the training for the entire department. I have extensive knowledge of the closing documents and can completely explain all documents included in closing packages; most importantly; the settlement statement. I am also able to troubleshoot many issues that may arise at the closing. I have worked with many large title companies and have been a top signing agent for several and used as a preferred signing agent and as a white glove agent handling many high profile and VIP clients. I am also a military spouse and worked for USAA for over 10 years and have great knowledge of VA loans, terminology, etc. I also have access to get onto military bases. I have currently become a Remote Online Notary in the State of Hawaii and am the only Escrow Officer in the State to hold that designation.
