Aloha! I am a Fidelity National Title approved signing agent who carries $1 million in E&O insurance. I have completed over 350 signings on the island of Kauai. I have 15 years experience as a notary and two as a certified loan signing agent. I cover north shore and east side of Kauai. (Kapa'a, Lihue, Anahola, Kilauea, Princeville, Hanalei.) Extra travel fee for south side, west side, or Haena/Wainiha.

Full disclosure, I have a full time job as Business Development Manager for the Hawaii branch of one of the nation's largest General Contractors. As such, I do most of my signings between 7-9 AM and after 4 PM, M-F. I am also available Saturday and Sunday afternoons for an additional fee. Due to my having a full-time job, I'm not always able to answer your calls, please text or email your work request and I will respond as soon as I'm able to.

The cost of living and doing business in Hawaii is reflected in my fees.

Note: FedEx/UPS does not operate on the weekends here on Kauai. There is one daily pick-up, M-F only. A Friday afternoon signing means the docs will sit until Monday.
