First off I want to say thank you for taking time to read about myself. I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow, or just cause everyone a headache.

That's why I don't ever miss any dates, initials, or signatures.

I understand I have to be impartial, but not uneducated. I always make sure your borrower knows what they are signing by guiding them through the loan docs.

All forms will come back completely filled out, whether that be the PCOR, statement of information, trust certification, or disbursement of proceeds. I know that if I don't have the borrower fill them out, then you are, and I don't want that!

I can print docs or pick them up. Whatever is easiest for you!
