I'm a Notary with over 12 years experience working as an Escrow Officer and doing the majority of my own Loan Document signings. I also worked independently as a Mobile Notary for 2 years. I have worked in the Central Valley in California and recently moved to Idaho. I understand the importance of being accurate, diligent in checking and verifying identities of each signer and have a full understanding of the documents that each individual is signing. I am also aware that my only duty as the Notary is to verify identity and willingness to sign, not to explain the documents they are signing.
