I am Fidelity approved and have completed the TRID Compliance Certification. I have certifications from the National Notary Association, NSA certification course and the Loan Signing System Course. I am dual commissioned in Idaho and Washington states, covering northern Idaho and northeast Washington.

I have four years experience as a Notary Loan Signing Agent and have completed over 1500+ signings. These signings include, but not limited to Mortgage Refinance, Seller, Buyer, HELOC, I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification, Home Inspections, Vehicle Remote Signings, and Reverse Mortgage Application and closing.
