I have been a paralegal since 1993, I continue to assist attorneys in the legal field, as well as being a full time Notary Signing Agent/Loan Closer. I have held my notary commission in Washington since 1993 and in Idaho since 2018. As a paralegal I have assisted in thousands of real estate closing from the preparation of the Earnest Money Agreement, ordering the preliminary title report, preparing the closing documents and conducting the real estate closing in a law office. As a Notary Signing Agent, I have completed over 2,000 real estate signings. Those include purchases, refinances, seller documents, disclosers, reverse applications, final reverse loan documents, vehicle purchases, contracts, etc.
