Winter: The winter hours make driving on the highways and rural roads slower, but not impossible. If same day drop is required for rural areas, please schedule the signing at least 2 hours before the Fedex drop of 3 p.m. and the UPS drop of 4 p.m. This is greatly appreciated. As of November 17th, the UPS has closed it's customer counters at the UPS disruption centers. All UPS drops are now at the UPS store.

I work in the community that I was raised in. Having worked for real estate attorneys for over 32 years, I know the surrounding areas well. I am also familiar with many of the residents of my community and offer hometown dependability and trust to all the individuals I help as a loan signing agent and mobile notary. During my paralegal career I have assisted in closing over 7,500 real estate transactions. I have also assisted over 3,600 as a loan signing agent.

I began my career in 1993 when I was hired as a paralegal for a real estate attorney. My primary responsibility were preparing Deeds of Trusts, Warranty Deeds, Notes, Reconveyances and other documents for title companies. That responsibility changed when Rule APR 12 came to be in Washington State . Under the supervision of the attorney, I prepared documents for closings in our office and conducted the closing from the preparing documents to funding.

In 1996 I began working for a trial attorney. That office handled many cases involving real estate. Throughout my career, I gained a vast knowledge of the laws and understanding of real estate litigation, mapping legal descriptions, real estate documents, foreclosures, evictions, probates, estate planning and quiet title actions.

I opened Nichols Notary Mobile Signing Services in 2018. I bring all of my education and 32 years of experience as a paralegal to my notary business. I am experienced in the following transactions: seller, purchases, reverse mortgages, foreclosures, refinances, Estate Planning, vehicle loans, legal process service, jail signings and many more. I also continue to work as a paralegal. I currently work for a probate attorney In Lewiston, Idaho.
