I am a full time loan signing agent commissioned in Idaho and Washington. I have worked for Washington real estate attorneys for over 32 years. During my paralegal career I have assisted in closing over 7,500 real estate transactions and from 2018 to present, over 5,000 as a loan signing agent.

I opened Nichols Notary Mobile Signing Services in 2018. My current position as a paralegal allows me the flexibility to work as a loan signing agent full-time. I bring all of my education and 32 years of experience as a paralegal to my notary business. I am experienced in the following transactions: seller, purchases, reverse mortgages, foreclosures, refinances, Estate Planning, vehicle loans, legal process service, jail signings and many more.

1996 I began working for a trial attorney. That office handled many cases involving real estate. Throughout my career, I gained a vast knowledge of the laws and understanding of real estate litigation, mapping legal descriptions, real estate documents, foreclosures, evictions, probates, estate planning and quiet title actions.

I began my paralegal career in 1993 in Washington when I was hired by a real estate attorney. My primary responsibilities were preparing Deeds of Trusts, Warranty Deeds, Notes, Reconveyances and other documents for title companies. That responsibility changed when Rule APR 12 came to be in Washington State . Under the supervision of the attorney, I prepared documents for closings in our office and conducted the closing from preparing documents to funding.
