Hello my name is Derrick J Dion, I strive to do the best client experience that i can give and i value the clients time so I do my best to double and triple check my work so theres no errors, If there the small chance of an error I will go back to fix that error. I have successfully completed the Loan Signing System Class and I will double and triple check to make sure all the paperwork is filled out, signed, dated, and notarized properly as I know how important a completed accurate signing as time is valuable and deadlines can not be missed as it could cost thousands and or cost the sale of the loan.
