In my 2 years experience I've done many orders and have yet to make a mistake on any documents, however if I ever did make a mistake I would quickly rectify my mistake with ease. Im always early to my appointments in case something goes wrong on my way to an appointment, if im to early I sit in my car and wait for the correct time to approach the customers door.
