I have over 15 years’ experience and expertise in customer service field. I am an excellent communicator both verbal and written and have supreme ability to build relationships quickly. I am incredibly detailed oriented, meticulously going over each document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I like to triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly. I am also well versed in how to complete the PCOR form. If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP.
