I’m a Notary, and I’m certified with both the NNA and LSS. Additionally I’m a realtor part-time, so I know how crucial and important each signing is so the closing can happen smoothly. This is why I carefully review each document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are all present and correct. I also double-check important paperwork like the Notice of Right to Cancel and the 1003 to make sure they're completed correctly.
