I've been a notary now for about 3 years. I mostly do refinances but have acquired great experience with home equity credit lines, buyer and seller side transactions. deed signings, loan modifications, and timeshares. I also have some experience with auto loan documents, I-9's, and medical testing and documentation. I've had great feedback and take pride in working ethically and accurately, and have always met deadlines. I cover all counties within a 45-60 mile radius of Bloomington/Normal, IL. My real estate business allows me a very flexible schedule and I try to accept any and all signing appointments that come my way, even working evenings and weekends as needed.
