I have had previously roles as an escrow office, and closing manager for a few different title companies throughout my career. I have been in the industry since 2005 and have handled thousands of closings. I am familiar with all types of closing transactions and loan documents. My number 1 priority is customer service and in 2024 I completed my Masters Degree in Customer Experience Management for that reason.
