Prepare, Print, and organize closing documents for Mortgage Companies and Banks.
Call clients within a specified time frame after accepting the order.
Schedule appointment for time/date/location of closing
Overseeing all legal signings, reviewing ID’s, and Signatures.
Send closing documents back to Mortgage Company and/or Bank within the stated deadline date using returned labels furnished by the company. I work South Suburbs of Chicago Illinois and Northwest Indiana
