I have been a contract notary closer for over 10 years. I travel 25 miles from the 60188 zip code. I have extensive experience with QCD, signing with POA, multiple signers, etc. I also am a licenses Realtor and was a former Underwriter. If there is ever an issue at the closing I immediately left title/lender know so any issues can be resolved while I am there. Closings typically are very smooth with no issues.
