I have been a notary for only a year but I have gained lots of general notary and loan signing experience. I mostly work with Refinances, New Buyers, Sellers, VA/FHA/HUD, Commercial Loans, and Loan Modifications. I am also remote online certified. I have my RON which includes my digital signature and remote online notary seal. I love what I do. Notary is one of my passions that I take pride and seek perfection into every assignment that I have. I very rarely make errors and if I do I will correct any error as soon as possible. I have done loan signings with Royal United, Mutual of Omaha, Sprout, Fidelity, and plenty others. I mostly work direct with signing companies, title and escrow, or hired personally by the buyer, seller, or borrower. I also perform other services outside of notary. I also capable of doing Ink fingerprinting services. I am also mobile. I will come to you. I am willing to travel at least 10-15 miles. Any additional miles will be charged additional fee. I also make sure I drop documents same day. I also like to review the documents for any missed signatures, dates, or notarizations.
