I am equipped to answer any questions the borrower may have about their loan documents as this may be a borrower’s biggest investment. I will ensure all signatures, initials, notarial certificates ,and dates are legibly signed and stamped to prohibit a funding condition or even a rate lock extension from occurring. I can FEDEX loan documents all documents immediately after an appointment , and even package loan documents if necessary. I am also available to take your last minute appointments.
