I go over all paperwork with a fine tooth comb for all dates, signatures, initials, and important information that needs to be filled out! I keep an eye out for notices of right to cancel and 1003 and ensure they will be filled out completely!
While I do have a great system of checks and balances that prevents mistakes, but on the occasion that they do happen I will stop what I am doing and fix it ASAP!
