Cook county is my primary county, however, I will conduct closings in surrounding counties.

I am available seven days a week and I provide dependable reliable service. Having a comprehensive understanding of all document types, I am qualified to handle loan closings in the office or at a customer's home/neutral location, Nursing Homes, Hospices, and Hospitals.
My fees are reasonable, but I charge for fax backs and round trip mileage in access of 35 miles.

My office accepts faxed electronic or overnight-delivered documents. We are equipped for the task with an HP Laser-jet dual tray laser printers, HP high-speed scanner, and high-speed cable internet access.
