I hold a bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration/major in Real Estate minor in Mass Communications. Essentially I definitely know and understand in its entirety most terms evolving around or dealing with the process of obtaining property or land and closing that extensive process. Experience handling HELOCs, Refinances, purchases and sales, Reverse mortgages and commercial transactions. I’ve held internships with various real estate companies within the Greater New Orleans metropolitan area. I am NNA certified and trained as well as the Loan Signing System Certificate holder of completion. I understand my role in this process and I understand the importance of punctual preparedness as well as physical high perseverance. I’ve completed over 50 signings utilizing the closing exchange and direct business from multiple title companies.
