I am highly experienced with handling documents in a signing package for refinancing loans, purchase loans (sellers/buyers), reverse mortgages, applications, first and second mortgages, loan modifications, home equity, short sales, POAs, wills, and various notary services. I will effectively accept a last-minute rush, weekend, holiday, and late-night signing or assignment to get the job done. All fees are reasonable and negotiable.
