Before even starting the signing with the borrower I confirm the appointment time and address to be there on time and prepared.

Also, I call you to confirm I have showed up to the signer's home to represent you and I'm about to go into the home to complete my job. I'll also call when I leave the location and when I've sent the completed documents back with a tracking number.

I will effectively explain to the borrower every piece of paperwork we will be filling out after ensuring their identification matches the name on said documents and that the signatures, initials, and dates are correct and complete.

I also double check the documents in front of the borrower to ensure that if any signatures were illegible or missed that they are corrected so as not to delay the closing process.

I will return documents through the preferred methods after the signing is done on time and punctually.
