I have invested in a portable scanner to expedite the delivery of my signings. I completed a closing class online to improve my skills and keep up to date on new information. I completed an immigration class to expand my business.

My area of expertise is refi's, time shares, buyers/sellers, bank owned, and quick claims. I will travel more than 25 miles from my house with a reasonable rate. I do same day closings up to 2 hours before arrival. I prefer to have adequate time to prepare documents.
