I go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and
initials are complete and properly filled out. I also double-check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly. If I make a mistake, I will stop what I am doing and fix it. The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete. I will also keep you informed throughout the whole process.
