Tanessa Lee has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. This was manifested while growing up in the western suburbs of Chicago and seeing family members successfully run small businesses. Tanessa cut her teeth with a 20+ year career in the banking industry working for powerhouses like HSBC, Chase and Wintrust Financial in many different capacities. In 2005, she dived into the world of real estate while still in Corporate America and began acquiring properties throughout the Chicagoland area. Around 2009, she created T&E Investment Properties and in 2014, she acquired her real estate license and has become very seasoned in the real estate realm, while continuing to invest in property and managing several of her own properties for nearly two decades.

Tanessa’s education, financial corporate background experience and certifications have served her well in facilitating her clients understanding of the real estate transaction process from beginning to end. She has also been a key driver with her efforts in helping her clients protect their investments as well as reducing tenant turnover.

In 2017, she decided to leave corporate America to pursue her dream of entrepreneurship full-time. With a track record of success, this background prepared her for success as an entrepreneur. She is now what has become known as a "Serial Entrepreneur".
