I triple check all documents for signatures, initials and dates. A comprehensive summary of each document will be provided, in which the more specific questions will be directed back to the Signing Service and/or Lender.

Each signer will receive two copies of the "Notice of Right to Cancel" and an appropriate explanation of the Recession Period. In addition, I will have them check the box on the 4506T above their signature(s).
