I was formerly in the real estate business and have performed many closings when required by sellers such as the va, i am very familiar with both loan and real estate documents. Over a twenty plus year period i have closed or been party to hundreds of loan closings. I taught classes in real estate and real estate investment for more than ten years in the chicago city colleges.
