Helping your customers/clients is the most important part of my job. The majority of your clients are inexperienced with the loan process and are apprehensive and unsure of what is going on. That is why it is important to be flexible, honest and knowledgeable when dealing with them. I am soft spoken, patient and I bring a calming effect to the table.
