I’m a seasoned notary with 10+ years of experience working in different positions in the mortgage industry. I’ve originated loans as a licensed loan officer in Illinois, as well as structured loans for multiple $100M/year originating loan officers.

I have extensive experience and knowledge of the entire lending process, all of the documents within a closing package, and more importantly, a sound respect for what borrowers have gone through to get to the closing table.

I have a strong passion for ADDING VALUE, providing the best in class level of customer service, and entrepreneurship. These theses things led me to start my business as a Mobile Escrow Officer.

I’m NNA certified with a $1,000,000 Errors and Omission policy, and have been assisting title companies and mortgage officers with flawlessly executing the final touch of the process since 2018.

I not only close loans and return them to the title company, I also send the final docs to the lenders for funding authorization, and upon receiving the green light to fund, I prepare wire transfers for any applicable payoffs, cut checks to any applicable parties involved, and prepare recording & accounting packages as post closing tasks.

In addition, I also conduct purchase closings in their entirety from A to Z.

In short, I strive to exceed borrowers, lenders, and title company expectations with each and every single closing. In doing so, I know I’m fulfilling my passion to add value!
