I have recently received my notary certificate, however I have been assisting with closings for 20+ years, due to the fact that that I had a majority of LEP (Limited English Proficiency) clients as a mortgage lender and was able to interpret the mortgage documents along with the closing package at closing which was one of the reasons I had such a good referral business.
