Hello I'm Robbin Pride, offering a commissioned notary service within the Chicago area servicing South Suburban areas of Cook County, Will County and Kankakee county(will provide zip codes upon request), I’m willing to travel up to 25 miles from my office location. I've obtained my notary certification from notary2pro and my background check by NNA. I'm very familiar with the mortgage signing process, and very comfortable with reviewing and explaining the mortgage package to new homeowners or refinance clients. I'm currently an active licensed Real Estate Broker and have previous experience as a mortgage loan officer. I have a fully equipped professional office space to service clients or mobile options if the client can't come into my office to sign their documents. I will be adding 3 commissioned notary members on my team, that will have the experience to service all mortgage signing and or any sensitive documents that need professional notary services.
