I am a detailed oriented person who understands the importance of getting loan docs not only signed but complete the forms that may have missing information like name and addresses. That docs are dated where it states dated and initials when needed but more important, not missing signatures on VA and 1003 forms. I know the importance of getting loan docs back with "time is of the essence" due to rate locks so returning loan docs is my top priority.

I always make sure the client initials any changes on the notice of right to cancel. And while I am impartial, I will guide the borrower to feel comfortable with all documents and numbers are as they expect them to be. If there is an issue or problem, I know to contact their loan officer immediately so the concern can be resolved or explained so the client feels assured that all is right at the closing table.

I respect everyone's time and therefore I am prompt at every appointment and available 7 days a week and I am ready for assignments.
