I provide loan signings, trust delivery and mobile notarization for estate planning attorneys, their clients, and the public, ensuring convenient, precise, seamless, and stress-free signings around Orland Park, IL and the surrounding area. My travel preference is up to 25 miles from my domicile, but I am willing to help out in a pinch when I am available.

My goal is to make sure your borrower has a great signing experience. I am certified with the Loan Signing System (LSS) and the National Notary Association (NNA). I have limited loaning signing experience, but I am willing to do my best on all assignments and gain experience. I have done numerous mock signings and I check each document to make sure all related boxes are checked and signatures and notary seals are applied correctly.

If I make a mistake, I am willing to do whatever is needed to fix it quickly. I am familiar with FeDex drop off locations and will keep you informed in case of challenges.
