NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent. I was a Property Manager for 22 years and experiencing a need for a change. I saw an ad for a Loan Signing Agent and was wowed by the way this worked. I started the process to get commissioned and obtain my certification to start doing Loan Signing work.
I'm enjoying doing this as I love to meet new people and assist them. So this has been perfect for me. I have even had a couple clients express that I'm perfect for this work as they instantly felt comfortable working with me.
I'm open for work in the Central Illinois area. I can service Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford, Mason, Fulton, Stark, Logan, Mason, Knox, Marshall, Lasalle counties. I also will consider going farther for the right compensation.
I also would like to be considered for real estate occupancy checks. I can supply interior and exterior photos of real estate property.
I have completed around 300 signings since starting in March 2024. Fidelity approved.
